Highlights

The Silvano Quick Mill is an entry-level machine with advanced features. The Silvano Evo's stainless steel exterior combines the beauty and value of a traditional espresso machine with the latest technology for producing quality coffee no matter what your beverage preference is! If you're making espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and so much more you'll be impressed with the Quick Mill Silvano's ability to keep up and maintain consistency in such a cost effective product.

Why Buy?

Quick Mill did not forget about those with limited counter space in their kitchens when they introduced the Silvano machine. With it’s compact size, easy to use on/off switches, and large side loading water reservoir this portable dual boiler stainless steel machine fits perfectly in almost all homes!

The Silvano uses a thermo block for steam, so although it’s not quite as powerful as their Vetrano 2B for example, this little tank of a machine will not run out of steam during your back to back milk based drinks.  You can turn off the steam bank all together, which is independent of the coffee boiler, in order to conserve energy. You can now steam milk while you're pulling a shot of espresso just like on a professional machine.

It comes standard with a single PID with built in shot timer which is convenient for keeping track of the duration of your shots, allowing you to perfectly fine tune your barista skills.

Being that this machine is so compact in size and uses a steam bank (also known as thermo block), your heat up time on the Silvano is much quicker than any other in our lineup! If you'd like even more control over turning it on/off you can hook it up to a smart plug and controlled through your phone.

What's a PID?

The PID is a devise that allows for extreme temperature stability by accurately monitoring the water temperature and keeping it within a small range. Unlike a thermostat that simply shuts off when the set temperature is reached, causing it to continue to heat up or cool down after it’s off, the PID will give little pulses of energy when needed to keep the temperature within the desired range. A PID is crucial for those of you looking for optimal control over the flavor of your espresso.

Set-Up Tip

Before steaming milk for the first time we recommend you let some air out of the steam wand to purge out any residue that might be in there from initial assembly.

Included with the Silvano Evo

  • 1 double spout portafilter (58mm)
  • 1 single insert basket
  • 1 double insert basket
  • 1 back flush disk
  • 1 group cleaning brush
  • 1 plastic coffee scoop
  • 1 black plastic tamper

Note: The spouts on the portafilter, which are shown in the photos and video, are not lined up perfectly straight. This is not a design flaw, they are simply threaded on, and in order to have them completely tight this is just where they happen to land.
